1.	Certificate for proof of date of birth (X Std. mark sheet or its equivalent).
2.	HSC mark sheet or Diploma (3 years) Certificate.
3.	Qualifying Degree Certificate, Provisional Certificate, Grade Cards and Mark Sheets of   all the Semesters / Years or Consolidated mark sheet of the Degree Programme.
4.	Transfer Certificate obtained from the Institution last studied.
5.	Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST / SC / SCA / MBC & DNC / BC / BCM   candidates (either Permanent card or electronic form / digitally signed e-certificate)
6.	TANCET 2016 Hall Ticket for NON-GATE category and Sponsored Full Time   category candidates.
7.	TANCET 2016 Mark Sheet for NON-GATE category and Sponsored Full Time   category candidates.
8.	Valid GATE 2015/2016 score card for GATE (Engineering / Technology) category   candidates.
9.	Valid GATE 2015/2016 score card and TANCET 2016 hall ticket for (Engineering   Science (XE) / Life Science (XL) category candidates.
10.	Certificate of Differently Abled Person (if applicable).
11.	Experience Certificate (if applicable).
12.	Nativity Certificate (For candidates who have not studied in Tamil Nadu for the last   five years and claiming Tamil Nadu nativity).
13.	Sri Lankan Tamil Refugee (if applicable)    a) Identification from Head Quarters Tahsildar    b) Those who have not registered in the refugee camp, should submit visa, passport   and letter registered in Police Station.
